Wylies Baths

Established in 1907 and listed by the National Trust, Wylies Baths has long been a popular place to swim and relax on the rock shelf below Grant Reserve in Coogee. Visitors can swim safely in the ocean pool, protected from the pounding waves of the Pacific Ocean, while enjoying the always-fascinating views across Coogee Bay and beyond.

With elevated timber decks surrounding the pool, it’s the perfect place to slap on some sunscreen and relax in the sun. Open 365 days of the year, the baths employ qualified instructors and offer learn to swim and coaching lessons. Solar powered hot showers are available for a small fee and the kiosk sells a wide range of swimming accessories including caps, goggles, bathers and sunscreen.
